How to read this page: The survey uses controlled choices. Publication requires at least 10 valid responses; cells below 3 are suppressed, and a full dimension is withheld when subtraction could expose a small group. Complaint categories appear only when the annual denominator and every non-zero cell meet the same thresholds.

No annual report is currently published

GFSA does not invent sample results or publish small-group answers. A report appears only after a voluntary cycle meets the fixed privacy threshold and an independent administrator approves the aggregate.

2026 GFSA voluntary member and industry survey

This survey collects controlled broad-band choices for a privacy-thresholded annual description of the participating GFSA-member sample. Participation is voluntary, and members may update or withdraw before closing. No statistic is published unless at least ten valid responses and the three-response cell threshold are satisfied.

Scope

Controlled, broad-band answers cover operating region, experience, service type and channel, approximate CAD price band, technology use, privacy practice and complaint-process readiness.

At least 10 valid responses are required. Any cell below 3 is suppressed, and an entire dimension is withheld when subtraction could reveal a small group.

Review path

Collection, validation and aggregation are separated from approval. A different administrator must review the fixed snapshot before anything becomes public.

Interpretation boundary

Results describe the participating member sample only. They do not rank practitioners, set fees, estimate the whole market or validate professional claims.
